How to Enroll In Skip-A-Pay on Computer

Skip a loan payment from anywhere! You can submit your Skip-a-Pay form from your desktop or laptop computer using our banking website ­— all in a matter of minutes. Simply follow the steps below.   

FILL OUT THE FORM

If you haven’t already, download the Skip-a-Pay form here. You will need to print the form and then fill it out and sign it in pen in order to submit it through the secure online messaging system.
 
Then, either take a picture of the form with your phone or scan it. Please ensure the image is clear, well-lit, and legible, with the entire form visible, as shown below.

LOG IN & FIND THE SECURE MESSAGING SYSTEM

Next, log in to your account. On the left-hand side of the page, click the "Secure Messaging" button, located under "Other Services."

BEGIN YOUR MESSAGE

The secure messaging page should appear as shown in the photo below. To begin your message, click the pencil icon, which will open it. From the drop down menu above the text box, choose ‘Skip a Pay’ from the options. Depending on your device, you may need to scroll to find it.

ADD YOUR FORM PHOTO

Next, you’ll need to add a photo of the form to your message. By tapping the paperclip button, the app will then prompt you to add a photo.

SUBMIT!

Once the image has been added, you’ll be able to see the file name below the text box. You’ll then need to add a short message in the message body indicating that your message includes the form, such as the example below (the form will not submit without a message in the body). Finally, tap the “Send” button. Please do not travel away from this page until it finishes loading. Sending may take several seconds depending on your device and network connection.

And you’re all set! You will receive an email at the address associated with your FNCU account shortly after submitting confirming the receipt of your secure message.
