If you haven't already, please take a minute to re-enroll in online banking.

 

STEP BY STEP RE-ENROLLMENT INSTRUCTIONS

 

Benefits and features include:

  • Access to ALL of your FNCU accounts under one user name and one sign on

  • Make person to person transfers

  • Transfer to and from accounts you have at other financial institutions

  • Pay bills & deposits checks right from your phone

  • Free use of My Budget - our powerful new budget management tool

  • Enhanced security features, including the ability to turn your debit card on and off, receive security texts and email alerts, and much more!

 

And finally, here are some general (but important) items to note:

  • Yes, all former online banking users need to re-enroll. This is a completely new platform, allowing you to see all of your accounts under one username.

  • When you do re-enroll, remember this important fact: Smartphone and tablet users need to download the app in order to properly use our new platform.  Logging in and/or re-enrolling directly from our website is only intended for laptops and desktop PCs.

  • If you were unsuccessful re-enrolling, contact FNCU directly at 888-328-8677 during normal business hours.
