Need to change your PIN?
To change your PIN, call (800) 992-3808 from the phone number we have in your account record. Follow the steps provided during the call.
When selecting a PIN do not use any numbers associated with you personally, that may be easy to guess. For example your date of birth, street address number, or the last 4 of your Social Security Number all may be easily guessed by scammers.
Remember, your PIN will never be a number that is requested by anyone claiming to be First Northern Credit Union on the phone, or via email or text message.
