Zelle® has recently announced that effective April 1, 2025, you will no longer be able to send or receive money through the Zelle® app.
We are pleased to let our members know that we have finalized an agreement with Zelle® and will have it available to our members as soon as Zelle® can get us set up.
Unfortunately, due to a backlog of financial institutions implementing Zelle® at this time, they have informed us that they cannot get us set up prior to their April 1, 2025 deadline, therefore we will have a couple of months without access. There are several solutions for the short timeframe until we have Zelle® available.
For sending money within online banking
- For member-to-member transfers, access “Pay A Member” within online banking
- For member-to-non-member transfers, access “Pay a Friend” within online banking
For sending & receiving money
- Download Venmo app and connect to your FNCU account to send/receive money
- Create a PayPal account and send/receive money with your email address or mobile number
- Download Cash App and connect to your FNCU account or debit card to send/receive money
- Set up a deposit using our routing number 271078719 and your FNCU account number
- iPhone® users can use Apple Cash® to send/receive money
