The Women's Club of Evanston host Dreams Delivered each year to provide a no-cost, boutique shopping experience for local students wishing to attend prom, but do not have the means to buy their own dress. Our Evanston and Streeterville Branches were honored to be a drop-off location for dress and formal accessories in 2024.
February 7th, 2024 was our 80th Anniversary! We didn't ask anyone to sing, but each of our branches offered birthday treats for any members that stopped by to celebrate with us.
Our Rockford location is inviting the community to join them at their free, family-friendly Fall Festival on Saturday, October 29, 2022 from 10:00 to 11:30 am.
Throughout the month of August the Rockford branch and Mortgage Services Office coordinated a donation drive benefitting Rock House Kids. We were seeking non-perishable individually wrapped snack items that kids could take home with them. Members, area residents, and staff visited both locations and dropped off their items. On August 10th, we also hosted an Ice Cream Event and collected even more during that event.
On October 22nd, 2016, our Rockford branch on Show Place Drive hosted their Fall Festival. This free, family-friendly event welcomed the community for a day of fun and treats.
During the months of March and April of 2015, our Rockford Branch on Show Place Drive collected 43 dresses to help out local teens attend their prom this year. Thanks to the Rockford community's participation, more students will be able to attend this milestone.
