On February 7, 1944, Edison Credit Union was born. By the end of that year, we served 1,169 Commonwealth Edison employees and had more than $88,000 in assets. 80 Years Later, with 8 decades of growth in membership and assets, we are proud to be celebrating such a landmark anniversary date.
Each of our five locations offered birthday treats for anyone that stopped by and our social media posts welcomed comments of support and well-wishes from members and non-members alike.
Every year, we put forth our best effort to ensure our members can build a healthy financial future. We put our priorities with our members and community so they can be seen and heard for what their specific needs are.
