By simply visiting our website from their smartphone, members now have access to more products and services than ever before. Whether you need to transfer money using Mobile Banking, depositing a check through our Mobile Deposit app or search for branch or atm, you can find it all in one convenient location. Members are also able to open an account, apply for new loans and more!
First Northern is always looking for ways to make life a little bit easier and more convenient for our members. We are confident First Northern's new web Application will do just that.
With Mobile Deposit, members can deposit checks into any of their First Northern accounts by using their Apple or Android mobile device.
To start, members must call a First Northern Member Service Representative in order to retrieve a username and password. Once we verify your identity, we will email you your username and password in order to log into your account. We can be reached at 888-328-8677 option 1, during regular business hours.
In order to begin, you must download the FNCU Deposit app from the Apple or Android App Store. You will then be taken through a series of steps in order to securely register your account.
Once you are fully registered, choose which First Northern account that you want to deposit your money into. Your check can be deposited into your First Northern savings, checking and even certain loans. You will then be prompted to take a photo of the front and back of the check to send to us, here at First Northern!
Deposits approved before 1:00pm CST will be available after 4:00pm CST. Deposits made after 1:00pm CST will not be processed until the next business day and made available after 4:00pm.
